A PLEDGE TO OUR CUSTOMERS
We are confident you will find Lawcharts product quality to be exceptional. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your
selection, simply return it within 30 days for a refund or exchange  Please refer to our return policy.

EMAIL PREFERENCE SERVICE
If you are receiving too many email notices or wish to be removed from the emailing list, please notify us by email at: orders@lawcharts.net and indicate REMOVE in the subject line.

SHIPPING POLICIES AND OPTIONS
In-stock items will be processed and shipped within two business days. Standard ground delivery time averages between three to seven working days. However, we also offer express shipping. Out of stock items may take longer. You will be notified at the time that your order is placed if this is the case.

SALES TAX POLICY
Sales tax is charged only on orders sent within the state of Texas. Texas state law requires that we charge sales tax on the full amount of the order, which includes shipping and handling fees. For those exempt from sales tax, please indicate this at the time of your order and include your TAX ID.

TYPES OF DELIVERY
Standard - Standard orders will be processed the next business day. A business day is Monday though Friday, not including holidays.

Overnight - Overnight orders will be shipped the same business day if orders are received by 12 noon CST. Overnight delivery is extra and will be added to the order.

CONFIRMING YOUR ORDER
If you have provided a valid email address, you will receive two emails:
* a confirmation of your order
* a confirmation of your shipment

OUT OF STOCK ITEMS
Occasionally we are out of certain items. Typically, we can manufacture the item in question almost immediately so there should be no problem getting your order to you. In the event we are unable to fulfill all or part of your order, we will include a notification card with the rest of order. Any out-of-stock items will be removed from your order total.
